a 2500lb bag is plenty for the front... these little mazdas dont weight a hole lot.... ive even seen 2500s on the front of fullsize suvs/trucks/vans.... a 2500 pound bag will lift 2500 pounds max (thats what a single bag will do) put a 2500 on each side of the truck and thats 5000lbs of lifting.... so if you chose to run 25s and 26s that would be more then enough for lift

Gross Front Axle: 2,050 lbs
930 kg ... ...
Gross Rear Axle: 2,715 lbs
1231 kg ... ...

bag on bar/frame

I'm thinking re6's/re8's as of right now
does the re7 just have slightly less lift than the re8?

you are right but for a better ride the 2600s are alot nicer. in my opinion you dont have to tell me i am wrong not saying you are but dont quote me and then tell him different please just next time say your two cents thank you

no problem.. please dont put out misleading info. just because you read it doesn't mean its true

i have re7's in the back, and HAD 2500lb firestones up front...had plenty of lift, and was happy with the ride, one of my bags has started separating, so hopefully the re6s i ordered will be here tomorow. everybody says slam bags have the best ride quality, and they were about 10 cheaper than firestones too

i understand that but he wants a good ride so the largest bag with out having to cut into the frame would be a 2600 series if that isnt correct then my bad, but as for giving misleading info i am not. it is a general rule amungst all shops that the larger size bag you can fit means the less pressure to lift wich also gives a better ride.

and on another note dont forget the shocks.

a 2600 is not going to fit up front without cutting.... a 2500 will fit without cutting (air lift 2500 dom will fit barely without cutting) ... an air lift dom 2500 is 5.75" in diameter with no air in it, the 2600 dom is 7" in diameter with no air, so if you wanted to compair them to the slam bags.. the 2500 is close to the same as the re6 and the 2600 is close to the re7... but either way it seems to me like he wants to go with slam bags
