turn down your tortion bars in the front (make sure you jack up your truck first) its easy theres a bolt at the back of the bars oppisite the controle arms just crank those down till you get the hieght you want , then for the back jack it up , use c clamps to clamp your rear leaf spring pack together , then loosen your u bolts and remove them then remove the bolt in the center of the spring pack then remove all the springs exept the main of corse , then stuff in A 3 or 4 inch lowering block(parts store) tighten everything up ANd there ya go .itll only cost ya like 50 bukx good luck! t.

Just watch.. when you lower the front, the lower you go the lower those adjusters go. First big dip in the road you will catch that adjusters and rip your torsion bars right out. You will want to re-index them if you plan to do a drop more than a few inches which is easy. And I wouldn't go anything more than a 3" block in the back..

you can also flip your ball joints to get a little lower

what did u guys do to lower yours?

same as I suggested to you except I pulled a few leafs. re-indexed torsion bars in the front, and mono&stub leaf with a 3" block in the back. Ive got about an inch or less clearance in the back before I bottom out which isn't fun.. so I wouldnt go past my setup unless you plan to do some frame work.

def not wanting to do any frame work. just looking for something to get away from the stock look and make the 17s look a little bigger

dont pull leafs they are there to support the wieght of your truck and you will end up with a un safe ride. You can take your leafs and get them de arched and the front ya you can re index your torsion bars but I would suggest buying drop spindles. It will help with camber issues and will save your tires. When we did crazymikey truck he went through a set of front tires in like 2 weeks so he finally listened and got drop spindles and it helped out huge
