Chris Allred at Unusual Fabrication also makes control arms.
That set there was used with drop spindles, which uses an S-10 lower ball joint, and factory upper ball joint.
He can probably make arms for stock spindles also, though.
I'm a dealer for Cando and have sold a few sets of the yota arms to my customers and some friends that are running them. The arms are top notch. Chris Allred builds some pretty nice stuff as well, I had him do some custom machine work for me a while back.
