If you put a 4'' block in now you will have maybe a half an inch of clearance between the axle and frame. If you are not going to bag then i suggest getting the 5" pip cut in half and then cutting the c out of your frame and then weld the pipe in its place. that will give you plenty enough space to run static and get you a little lower.
