Torsion bar confusion

so im cranking the bolts on my torsions to lower the front, as im doing this i noticed that the nubbin that the bolt actually threads into sits further out on the passenger side than the drivers side... whats up with that?

this is how its sittin right now... if my parking lot isnt pefectly level, will fender to ground still give an accurate measurement?

One of the t-bars is not in it's "groove" on top of the frame there most likely. They turn some times when being adjusted, so whoever lowered the truck before may have allowed it to turn.

is this a problem? if so how do i fix it?

When you loosen it enough it will be able to be turned by hand. It is only a problem if it slips through the opening there...and yes it can do that...been there done that

You can reach your hand up there and tell if that is the problem or not...compare the two sides. The T ends should be pointing forward or backward, not towards the center of the truck. Now, if it hasn't actually turned, it could just not be in the groove...again once you loosen it enough you'll be able to place it properly.

nothing to the ground is accurate if the grounds unlevel but if it runs im damn near sure u can find a level place and measure to the ground

so i decided to relocate my licence plate from the bumper to the valance lol

Makes the truck look lower.
