Correct, the others do not get flipped. Just make sure you clamp the springs BEFORE you loosen the center retaining bolt. Then remove the bolt while the clamps are in place. I use "C" clamps, at least two, one on each side of the center bolt. Then once you remove the center bolt, put the all thread in the hole in place of the original bolt. Put large flat washers, and nuts on the all thread, and hand tighten them against the leaf springs. You should have a piece of all thread at least 18" to 2' long, longer won't hurt either, and center it so you have close to equal amounts on either side of the leaf springs. Once you've done that you can slowly remove the "C" clamps, then use two wrenches and remove the nuts. Once the tension is off the all thread, remove it, and do what you want with the leaf springs. This is a good time to clean and paint them. The original center bolts might not be any good, so if you cant reuse them, replace them with allen head bolts of the same diameter. Use new nuts and washers too. Hope this is easy to understand, and good luck. Just remember to use jack stands under the truck frame, and that the leaf springs are under a lot of pressure when you go to take the apart. Be safe, this can hurt, or even kill you if they fly apart and hit you. Dean
