smoking taillights?

if you know someone with a paintgun. buy some clear plus the smallest amount of black paint. get the clear ready to shot then add a few drops of the black paint. then you shot the tinted clear over the lights.

Are you painting them from the outside, or inside?

yea guys spray it slow, it runs really easily

spraying it slow will build it up thick and it will run


anyways, just make sure you spray thin coats

arent black taillights illegal? i had mine painted black and got a ticket for it. it may be different in ur neck of the woods. i used a spray gun to paint them black.

most states you just need to have something reflective in ur taillight...

painted mine last night. they look ok, not perfect but they do need wet sanded. thanks for all the help yall.

what about the front.. has anyone tried to do those ones?

the head lights or corners, im sure its same thing as needed for the rear end.
