i ran 195/50-14's and had leafs removed w/ blocks & the t-bars all the way on the b-stops....the top of the tires were even with the lip of the fender well.

the bumper looks good! the section turned out nice! i'd remove the plastic trim, shave it & either paint or re chrome it.

bumper looks good from the last picture, but it seems like it could be snugged up towards the grille more.
if your going to paint it, i would def get that plastic trim off.
you could go even more and try to mold the whole thing, top and bottom and make it like one piece, that would be sick!

Good work,but it just doesn't look right with that dip in the centre of the bumper under the grille. The bumper actually looks too small and thin to be on that truck. Why not have just used a Toyota bumper? Would have been less work.

However,I'm all for the idea of being different.

Actually the second number is an aspect ratio. It's a percentage of the first. So it'd be 55% of 195mm =107.25mm

man i love ur truck! i actually have saw it on another site and i saved it, i think its still on my computer somewhere. nice! but i never new u had a ranger bumper also. i got mine from a guy who had his ranger caught on fire and needed $. i paid 30 i think. frocash...u bagged?
