4x4 fenders give you maybe a half inch of clearance. Looks like shit if you just run 4x4 fenders up front and a 2wd bed.

i got mine because i lay rocker on 18s. and with the 2wd shits, the rims pushed out on the fenders real bad.. wiht the 4x4s' the tires still hit the bedsides, But barely.. im getting my rear narrowed like 1" off each side and it will work fine.

As for turning on 20s. i dont see a problem. I can turn fine with my 18s. I roll maybe 1" off hte ground at all times, and the only time i ever need to juice it up is on a sharp right turn. And thas when i had 2wd sheet metal. the 4x4 metal should give me even more clearance. it helps if you get good negative camber. Also my firewall is way over tubbed to make it easier to turn.

If you ran 20s with a small tire, it wouldnt be much different than 18s with a fat tire like mine. The smallest 20" tire i found is 25.5" or soemthing.. 225/30/20. Thats like just a hair larger than my 225/40/18s. You shouldnt lose any turning at all.
