dude that is the exact same wheels that my wife wants me to get. they are badass!

if they are FWD rims they don't make them in a 6 lug bolt pattern. you have to convert to 5 lug or get custom billet rims

What the hell does offset mean? Haha...

Damn, well this is bad... I have to get a 5 lug conversion done, just so I can get some rims to tuck, just so I can raise my scrub line! Sigh, now I know where my money goes!

Just right when I go to pull out of the lot at work, some guys stopped me on asked me about my truck, I'm a little shady cause its damn 12am. Turned out the guy knows some people I know, and he is getting hydros in his b2000. I wish I could have asked him his number, but I don't think so, maybe somewhere more public, and where everyone can see me. Haha, the things I go through just because I work at McD's!

I assume the billet rims would cost more, so I think maybe the 5 lug con. is more economical? Where can I get the parts?

Offset is how far the wheel mounting surface is 'offset' from the centerline of the wheel. So a +40mm offset means it's 40mm from the centerline toward the front of the wheel. If it was negative it would mean it was 40mm towards the back.

heres a plain and simple solution, just take a plum bob, hang it on the edge of your fender lip, with the wheel off, and the truck jacked up, measure from the hub ( the flat spot where you lugs are) to the center of the plum bob, this will give you the offset youll need for you wheels, just like any import truck youll prob. need like 5-6'' backspacing on you wheel to get them to tuck, if you have questions on how to do this just look in minitruckin a few months back, it shows how to measure your offset for you wheels.

Haha, okay... I should have known that. Deep dish rims have the - offset.

And what the heck is a plum bob? Wait, are you talking about that thing that hangs by a string and whattya know a plumb?

Yea that's what he's talking about.

Okay, now, can any of you point me to a site that actually lists the offset of the rim? When I go to one they list the offset at FWD and RWD...

This was better to reply instead of a new topic.
