Totally Different Paint...

there's a guy I know who works at one of the garage's in town here. His summer car is a nice '01 Camaro Z28 and his winter beater is a Neon coupe sprayed in rhino liner and it's black and all rough and textured. It's pretty goofy,but hey,it'll never rust.
