I'm confused.... i know what a heat gun is, whats a round plastic wind shield???? I've never really worked plastic before. And I'm guessing i won't be able to do this to a chrome grille?? Guess i'm gonna have to go with a paint to match grille....

I've only got the one side done so far. And its only jus sittin in there. I'm off tomor so i'll get alot done tomor mornin. Before it gets toooo damn hot. And you can bet i'll be takin pics the whole way.

I had to cut a big hole out of the core support too btw

yeah I was talkin about the piece you trimmed, right next to the red circle. heat it and roll it in to match the circled section. the plastic window tool is just basically a hard piece of round(also made in flat) stalk of plastic that has smoothed narrowed edges for installing non glue in glass.

you could probably use a metal rod also, just something that doesn't melt before the grill does

or just get some plastic urethane epoxy and fill in the area where the factory light was.

Oh ok, so you're sayin make it like the stock headlight bucket/socket or whatever.... ok, ya i might do that

I still gotta move the headlight back a lil bit, so it doesnt stick out of the grille so far, if at all
