or if you wanna do it the right way, you gotta cut it close to the firewall and recut it to contour to the curves so there wont be any gaps at the firewall. and you gotta keep in mind cutting it around the pinch weld on the firewall. plus the more you raise it on the driver side, you gotta build around the brake and clutch master cylinder. stay tuned and ill have both mine finished in paint.

So your saying the way i did it wasn't the right way??!!! I am working on my own stuff not a customers, so if it gets the job done then thats the way it goes on MINE!!!! lol

well i guess that is what im saying. if you wanna have gaps and holes around the raised section then thats cool but id think you want it done right. and im glad its on yours and not MINE. and by the work you do i hope you dont have "customers" and if you did id think youd want to do your truck better that perfect to showcase your skills. but be a bitch thats cool with me. im just trying to help out. i wont lose any sleep over it, and my truck will be built right.

How big wheels can u run and lay with the raised fenders??
mazdawg(mikey)   +1y
im bagged with a 2 1/2in bd and where mine are at i can lay on an 18. im sure i could raise them up some more but i think it would look bad. without a bd im sure 20s would tuck under there fine.
