what is the best way to take the fender wells off ?they are bolted on and welded in spots right?? thats what i can see.. how should i go about re attaching them welding??? i need to move lol i live in southern califorina and i have nobody to help me.. everyone is like bags why would you want those how are you gonna carry your dirtbike in the back..lol

air it out...drive the dirtbike on...pssht...now your up again. drive! lol

great idea speed!! reading that makes me wish i did mine that way. i dont really have any problems with my engine being exposed cus i only cut what i need too. theres only a square in the top of my fenderwell...it doesnt really go down on the inside of the well. i think it doing it your way would look better tho.

Ok, here's a link, maybe this will help...

Now I can say, I cheated. I cut just inside of where the wheel well met the inner fender. Made it a pain to re-attach, but some small pie cuts and this great stuff called 3M Panel Adhesive worked fine for me. I never had it welded.

And Twitch, man I lived in Fort Collins, Colorado when I had my Zuzu... people looked at me all crazy. Most were 'good ol' boys' and the rest were yuppies. One old gal asked me how I drive it like that and I said, "couple switches and I can raise it up as much as I need." She said, "OH! It does that jumpy thing!" I just smiled and got in my truck.
