Not to rain on your parade, but why not just go get the real thing? There's tons of Couriers/B2000s in Alberta. I can think of about 8 off the top of my head within a 15 minute drive of me.
I can even get you a nice clean 84 for $250.
Otherwise, if you're sticking with the B2200, do some round headlights, wood floor, old skool metal dash, just kinda go rat rod, hot rod and old skool at the same time.
Slight chop top,wood bed floor, not much shaved, lots of chrome and trim. Basics. Steel wheels, 70s colours.
I find the 86-93 B's to just be too modern to really make them look old skool. I've seen a couple pull it off, but they still look too new to me. Gotta go with a pre-86 if you want to do old skool for real IMO.
