Flush tonneau

I was wondering where you can get one of those flush fit bed covers? I thought maybe I could make one to fit the top of my truck. It's hot as hell out here in Vegas an when I bag it I want to have the back all covered so the sun doesn't fry my bags and system. If you guys have any suggestions or a site to buy one. Please let me know, thanks.

checker pro tonneau $500 dollars for a standard bed size (72" x 56" roughly). Shipping to Portland oregon was $200. Thats $700 total. I called them earlier this year because I wanted another one since my last one was stolen with my truck years ago. Back then I got it for $350 total. They must have been starting up back when I got it because I had to give them the dimentions of my truck bed so they can make it. Now you call up and the have the dimentions of every truck bed. Supply and demand. So I took it upon my self to make my own. I used 1.5" x 1.5" angle thats 1/8" thick aluminum for the lip that hangs over the rail of the bed. 3/4" x 3/4" angle thats 1/8" thick aluminum backed to the other angle but facing the center of the bed for the fiberglass piece to mount up into. Everything was glued together by sanding the faces being glued with 80 grit and using fusor product 108 (metal glue for doing skins of doors). Got a sheet of fiberglass made that was 3/16" thick and was gelcoated on top for a nice smooth surface (checker pros tonneaus, you can see the fiberglass strands on top). Then for the bottom I used 1.25" x 1.25" square aluminum tubbing that was 1/8" thick. 3 of thies evenly spaced going left to right to support the fiberglass. Everything is glued with fusor and reinforced with smaller pieces of angle thats rivited everywhere. Cost of aluminum $100, cost of fiberglass $140, Cost of fusor and rivits $45. Showing off a tonneau that you made by yourself, priceless.
