Will 17" sivlerado rims tuck?

From what i have seen, the eski rims are hit and miss. Some clear fine and some tend to rub a little when laid out. The ones that i have seen rub a hair when laid out just needed a little fender flairing and they no longer rubbed.

what does everyone use i know theres a tool specially for rollin the inner fender lips just asking because my truck is already painted???
