right now I have 1 JL audio 12w1 in a basic wedge box. my seats are all the way back cuz that s the only thing holding the box in .. lol. box isn't overly big but I could easily make it longer and taller to accomidate 2 12's and 2 amps in the middle or could make it to hold 3 12's. if your mounting depth isnt really deep on your paticular sub you could still put your seats back all the way.

I just did a cut-through on my ranger..I love it! Its nothing too crazy but it has 2 12" RF HE's, and then i have my amps on the back wall fo the cab. On one side I have my bass amp and on the other i have my mid-highs amp. the whole in the back goes right up to the plastic(dont know if mazda interior is the same) and is about 1ftx1ft. hit 145db with 300.1 RF bass amp by the way..

BACK IN THE DAY I HAD 2 JL 10'S IN A CUSTOM MADE PORTED BOX THAT WENT FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER THAT MY AND MY DAD MADE. IT ALLOWED THE SEAT TO BE SLID ALL THE WAY BACK FOR MAX LEG ROOM. THERE WERE SEPERATE ENCLOSURES FOR EACH SPEAKER, AND A SOLID FRONT, WHICH LET ME CONCEAL MY WIRING FOR THE AMPS MOUNTED IN THE MIDDLE. I HAD THAT FOR LIKE 2 YEARS, THEN SOME ONE BROKE INTO THE TRUCK AND STOLE THE BOX AND AMPS ALONG WITH MY TWEETS ON THE CAB PILARS. ONCE I GET THIS THING GOING AGAIN I AM PLANNING ON CUTTING THE BACK WALL OUT AND USING AN ACORDIAN BOOT TO SEAL THE BED TO THE CAB, AND PUT A FLUSH MOUNT TONNEAU ON THE BED SO EVERYTHING IS WEATHER TITE. IF YOU DON'T USE AN ACCORDIAN, YOU WOULD HAVE TO WELD SOME SHEET METAL IN FROM THE CAB TO THE BED, THEN YOU HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE CAB / BED FLEXIN WHICH WOULD MESSUP THE SHEET METAL. FOR THE SOUND MAYBE RUNNING 2, 3, OR 4 12'S I HAVEN'T QUITE DECIDED YET, AND IT WILL DEPEND ON SIZE CONSTRAINTS AND MONEY....

could also use an innertube (like from a semi and use contact cement (and possibly some rivets) to hold it in place.......would work just as well and if you stretched it and got it good and smooth it would actually look better than an accordian.....
