thanks the only other thing i plan on doin to the interior is finish the door panels and smoothing the dash really nice having a parts truck just pull what i want out of it then work on it and when ur done just swap it that way the truck never has to have down time untill i get bags lol should be in a couple months gots to save a little more money tho cant wait

after i get all the rust taken care of im going to get some buckets from a newer s-10, wood or glass sub box (thats what ext cabs are for right?! ) steel center console, the dash will be mostly stock exept ill change a few things.

love the speed holes in the floor. lol. Glad mine was only surface rust. I did have an old Celica that literally had no floor,or rockers. The sound deadening and carpet were holding the floor together. The floor had actually seperated from the rocker on the driver's side from the back of the door,all the way into the foot well. I don't know how I never fell through the floor.

gonna do a full interior in my truck in a couple months. my next class is trim and upholstery so im going to dig in deep. id post a picture now but its all stock

How does that front part of the headliner attch in, I have those metal rods going from end to end on the test of it but didn't understand the front. i still have my stock one on my truck and i had to remove it months back and now i don't remember how it went in there, do you just push it up in the crack and it pops into place or how does it attach.
i'd really like to know by tonight if anyone knows.
i didn't feel the need to make a new thread though
