HELP!!!! moving the deck up to the dash pocket...

i did the swap in my 90 a few months after i bought it... tried to trim the duct and eventually trimmed off so much i just trashed it... i never use a/c anyways.....i have my flip out up top in the dash and my head unit in the lower console.....works perfectly for me.

soo the vents in back are only for ac? there not the heatin vents?

I get heat out of mine I would use CID's suggestion and reshape them with a heat gun

heat gun / hair dryer - then use a 2x4 to finesse yourself some more room. careful not to push to far or you will separate your ducts from your heat box.
