its actually an old wooden table leg and i cut it sanded it stained it and yeah there it is

I'd like to see some peoples shift boots as well. I've got a Sam Adams Beer tap for the knob and a Sam Adams metal sign I'm going to use as the bezel to hold the boot but don't know if I want to use the factory boot or go another route.

surely there's people out there using something other than the stock boot.

My wife is making a new boot for me out of tweed... It will go directly over the stock boot. I suppose I will post pics when it is done!
