door panels!

startin to build some. i'll git a picture progress as i go. got free boards to work with now i can't decide what to put on 'em. torn between 2 things. i'll post both up once i git 'em cut out.

well i'm not very good with the jig saw so i didn't use either design. i was tryin to pic either the mid nineties emblem or the new emblem but they didn't come out at all so i scrapped that idea.

here they is just bein test fitted.


went to drill holes for the clips and they didnt' turn out that great.

how thick is the wood you are using i gotta get ready to build a set just not sure how think i need

im' not real sure. its maybe a red cunt hair thicker than the original. i gotta run to git tags for the truck and then i'll be back and i'll measure it for ya.

Get 1/8" thick danish hardboard. Comes in 4x8 sheets and will do the job good. Cut the holes in them for the clips by using a drill bit.

I think it would look alot nicer if you did not use the arm rest bro.If you want I could do up a few designs for you as I will be doing my doors soon as cid's truck is gone but I use fiberglass to do some nice designs on the door.

that be cool man. i just did that to kinda hold it in place to mock it up. i saw sierra's post and he someone mentioned home depot cupboard handles lookin like what he used. i'm always open to ideas, just dont have the means to do everything i want.

i'm gonna head up and look for my friend. i can't draw flames for shit (can do bout anything else) but my buddy is great with flames.
