at home depot they have 2'x4' sheetsof 1/8" hardboard for like 6.00 each
its what i used... i just used the factory panel as a template and trimmed a little off and was set. i added 1" thick spacers for my 6.5" door speakers. i'll take a pic and post it for you guys.... just a basic door panel with everything shaved but the window crank (i had shaved doors so i disconnected the handles.......) i found a pic but it was taken at night from a distance and cant really see it but i'll get one tomorrow during the day....

If you do glass your design make sure you account for your window crank and your seat (once the door is closed). The glass takes alot more time but does look better especially if you are running buildouts.

Any more questions just ask.

Like SierraX said use the 3m super 77, I have tried quite a few brands and most start lifting in a month or sooner from heat.

Use a blade with a high TPI, it will give you a much cleaner cut.
