any help with sub box/center counsel??

hehehe JLw6 crew checkin in! i have 2 10W6's near 20 years old at this point...lol, still sounding good, i have a third one but blew the surround on a spot, and think the voice coil is mad.

to OP: start your measuring, and study others pics that are up here. i dont suspect you'll find too many people with speakers behind the seat as a lot of people enjoy the adjustable leg room as described... but make your measurement and see what you can do. take a minute and do a search, see if you can find any info on your sub brands website, or from others that have used the sub, to see what volume the inside of your box should be... i liked JL for this, they have lots of info (or did years ago when i last checked... i have the PDF file if you are curious and they dont have it up anymore.)

if you arnt that handy with making your own stuff, then you can find center console's out of other vehicles that work decent. some may need a bit of modification to fit nicely but usually not difficult. i have a console from a 96 jeep grand cherokee in my truck currently. i still need to modify it, but i work as is for the most part. i also have one from an 04 jeep commander, same deal, needs a lil more mod to fit better.

yea ive started taking down measurements but the damn floor in this truck sucks! haha not to mention that stupid hump in the back wall...but eh my truck wont be running anytime soon so ill just take my time measuring n wat not...as of now im making a template out of cardboard to make it easier wen i get to the real thing
