Yes they are cup holders. So right now I am waiting for about the 6th coat of black to dry, going for 8-10 plus about 6 coats of clear...

why

Lol so it won't chip.... Too much work getting it perfect to not protect it a lot. The lacquer goes on pretty rapidly, the can only calls for a few minutes between coats. Just about onto the clear now actually...

well lets see it man that thing should shine like no other.

Well after fiber glass, 6 layers of fillers, a few coats of primer, 40, 80, 150, 240, 400, 600, 800, and 1000 grit sandpaper... 8 coats of black lacquer, 4 coats of clear... Here they are. However they were actually too shiny for my camera to pick up in the low light so I played around with some of the settings so these pics are a little weird but... be hold.

very nice how are going to finish off the sides of the console ????????
zaccutt   +1y
Well after a good long day of wiring and finishing everything else I managed to get it all up and running. Still lots of minor things to do but wow I'm so exhausted lol.

The vinyl on the sides still needs to be pulled down smooth because there is screws hidden behind it that I need to make sure I'm done with before sealing it all down hiding them forever.

Enjoy, I will get way better pics tomorrow...
