Not sure if this is what your looking for but here's what I know. Take the width x hieght x depth and divide by 1728 and you get your air space. Make sure and subtract the displacement of the speaker magnet (housing). example 17" x 17" x 12" divided by 1728 = 2.00 cu ft. I know thats not enough for a 15" sub but you get the idea. Hope this helps some!!! I'm not sure though on figuring out the port length for tuning. I had a 6 cu ft box for my 3 JL 12's and the ports were 19.25" long each (2) and that was tuned at 34hz. Maybe one port that size and a 3 cu ft box for one 15 might be a good number?? Please let us know when you do find out!!
