well today is payday and I should have a nice check coming to me, So I will be getting the tranny oil and the other misc stuff I need to start it. If I get it started and everything seems smooth that would be a big accomplishment.

I just need to finish the exhaust and hook the air ride back up so I can get it moveable and then from the cab back is getting torn into.

well I GOT IT RUNNING!!!!!!!!! lol

My dad was kinda unsure if i hooked everything up correctly but I had no doubts. It started right up and it brought back memories of the way it sounded with 8" of exhaust.

I scored this amp for hooking my cousins system up for free.

This is why I went and bought a new header, someone welded the flange on before i had the truck and I thought I could fix it but it wasnt worth it so i tossed it and got another one.

Fillin in the bumper holes on the new bumper.

Definatly not finished, its not just straight bondo, i cut out a 2x6" piece of metal to make it fit and tacked it all the way around and grinded it down.

All the holes are like this they came out great they need very little bondo.

What a mess, it will get taken care of im trying to tackle one thing at a time.

The good stuff and the backfiring is from having no exhaust.

and then there was bad news, my dad started walkin towards me with a serious look on his face and i was like wtf did i do now.

Long story short, my dad and my stepmom havent been see-ing eye to eye shes pretty young and has the attitude shes always write. Well my dad gave her the boot being he pays for 95% of the bills it was no biggie, so shes moving out next month. This is were it cuts in on me, being my dad works at ford and everyone knows about that and people loseeing there jobs. I have been trying to help out with money and all, so after I graduate my dad is gonna try to stay at the house were at for a couple months and see how it goes. If it does we will stay there if not he will downgrade to a smaller house. So in a month or so my dad will be my official roomate.

man i just bought a flange gasket a while back at autozone, it was only like four bucks but it took six days to get it shipped to the store, probably why yours got welded, also hate to hear about your family troubles.

quick question! how hard was your seats to put in? any insight would be awsome.
slammed83mazda   +1y
you talkin about the s-10 bucket seats? the solid blue ones, You gotta take out the original seat track that came with the truck, the lil hump that bolts to the factory seats, just cut that out and drill some holes and blam your done.

ya I was quite excited when it turned over on the first try. The exhaust is fully done and the air ride will be put back on when the fittings come in on tuesday.
