bagged 86 cab plus(update 9-20-07)

havent decided yet, if i get the engine driven on and im satisfied with it, ill go ahead and buy new bags for it and be done with it. if not, im gonna juice it.

wow, the bag job and wiring on that thing looks shady, glad to see you got it back and your not drivin a 4x4!

just my .02, but, the parts truck doesn't look in that bad of shape, if nothing else, take what is good from both & make one good truck....i.e. the bottom side of the bagged one looks pretty rusty, if the parts frame is straight, you could use it & start with a clean slate....

well, i havent sealed the deal with the parts truck so im not holding my breath. if i do get it i plan on stripping it and most likely building the frame off of it so its done right and will be bodydropped. the frame on the truck really isnt as bad as it looks in pics, the bottom is just mild surface rust in the front from dragging, but that was going to get plated anyway. the back is just dragged through. ill know within the next couple of days.

indeed. if i get the parts truck and swap frames, it would take a lot of cash for me to get rid of it... lol

yeah man , the best way is to have yer own garage to work on it and do a frame off. It takes years some times but totally worth it to have a show quality ride.
