So I've been visiting and reading this forum for the past 6 months and finally got going on my project this past weekend. I thought I would go about this truck by taking pics as we go and posting them online here for people to check out. It is my very first bag instalation project and my first stock floor.

Some background for everyone before we get to my new project:
I purchased a '88 Mazda B2000 long box 4 years ago on my 16th birthday for $400 We did all the body work and shaved everything. We stopped there and I have driven it every summer till now. It's not a bad looking truck but it's time to get low and drag. Here are a few pics after we finished the paint.

*The above truck is not the truck I'm working on now* It sits as is in the garage and is for sale.

Last winter I purchased a '92 Mazda B2200 Extendacab for $700 It was hit from the back and was "junk" Fast forward to last weekend when I ripped the cab and box off the truck. Here is the start to the project. I work week days at my screen printing shop I'm off at 4 and work till we get tired on my truck so I should be posting pics every night around 10 pm. These pics are taken after saturday when we took everyhting off and started to mock up the frame. Tomorrow we'll be starting to build it.

Oh yeah. Bags and 4 link are on the way so we'll have pics of that as soon as they get here. Pics of the frame build and the cab and box tomorrow (depends how far we will get )

Thanks!

cool, nice to see some body gettin sumtin done! Are ya doin a drivline swap while yer in this deep? I would put a 305 in there, or something.
I hire a steam truck to clean my frames or cabs, boxes etc, before i start on em.
Nice to start clean, then media blast.

Thanks for the interest. I dig the look of your green mazda. We are going up at 45 behind cab mounts then straight back no notch.
