Oh nice! Northern BC hey. yeah I'm in Sylvan Lake, AB which is right between Calgary and E-town (central Alberta) I think it's 8 hours to GP.

We didn't have anything designed really we drew it up and got the measurements before we started cuttin but it was as build as you go deal.

Cool, it looks good so far, yer best off to go overboard on gussets, you can make em look cool if ya want to anyways, better to be over engineered imo.

Are you gonna build yer own air arms?

If I was goin as far as you I would take the extra step, and build my own suspension parts.
The 4 link, tabs, arms, shock mounts, crossmembers etc.

Is'nt that a 350 in the background of yer pics? Goin this far, why not put a more reliable driveline in?

Please don't. You get a better ride and more lift by going on the bars.

Yeah we are making the crossmemeber, tabes and brackets but the 4 link is on the way. Got the bags and tank today.

We built the gussets on the back just for safety haha I guess you can't go wrong when your jumpin around like that.

We picked up the rubber today as well.

do you have a torsion braket kit? if they are really simple... is your frame layed out with the tires on in the front?..you may need to rework the front end a little if not.. just flip the balljoints.. mabe reangle the uppers.. if it is just sorta hold your bag up front compressed where it clears everything take a few measurements and weld up those brackets.. on the bottom arm i just made a platform outa 1/4" steel so the angle of the bag would be decent throughought suspension travel.. and i welded a stud into the bottom cuz i diddnt have room for the nut underneath my platform..i am shure someone has good pics of the front on here somewhere.. mine are taken from like 5 feet away not verry helpfull...nice work man..keep it up

Thanks man
Yeah tomorrow we are reangling the uppers and cutting out some of the bottom to make way for the bag brackets. It was off 1/4 from the floor when we took those shots, we just aren't there yet.

more shots tomorrow
