16 gauge for everything. The stock floor is about 20 gauge so it sucks to weld to sometimes.

ah new toys are fun! I bought a plasma cutter back in march but didnt get a chance to use it till I did my bed floor and damn it sure did cut down the fab time, so now the cut off wheel and sawzall are gonna get a nice long break, they did me well but I am now in love with my plasma! truck is lookin good

Yeah I used it a bit more today. It is possibly my new favorite tool. It makes me wonder how I got by before.
