The "50/50" four link keeps the axle centered in the wheel well better than a forward 4 link. From on the ground to fully up the axle will stay in the center of the wheel well as apposed to the axle being pulled forward/back during travel. I have heard that there is negatives to this with pinion angle and the drive shaft being pushed when at center with the tranny but if sone correctly can have no problems. I have this setup on my fullsize and it works mint. I have about 10" of travel in the rear.
Looking at that setup closer it is backwards to the "normal" 50/50 and the front bars are on way too much of an angle. It just doesn't look like it is strong enough or will function properly.
