yeah they can be paintable steel, polished or brushed aluminum or chrome... or painted black. maybe powdercoated not sure.
i need to save my pennies and get one one of these days.

so just got home from the chromer today, pick up another batch of stuff i had done. Valve cover, tie rod ends, steering link, water pump pully, crank pully, alternator bracket, engine lift brackets, and all my airline have been done as well, this batch costed 1900$ to add to the 2800$ on the last batch, so i have about 4700$ in chrome on my frame and motor. here are some pics, we are also gonna be building some more of my interiour this weekend so hopefully have some pics later on

got most of my chrome installed today, all the motor stuff and the steering, gonna pick away at the airline during the week. heres some pics

Danm makes me more inspired to work on my own truck and get some stuff done.

we got some work done on the dash this weekend, made it outta sheet metal, we just have the basic shape so far. no pics of it yet, but now that we have a good start on it it should roll along nicely.

what are those seats out of? i used to have a set and i couldn't figure out what car they were from.
