im actually just doing it to show it can be done. iv always like having big wheels and why not put the biggist wheel possible on one of the smallest trucks? the 275/25-24 tire will be the same overall as the 255/35-22 thats on it now. when its raised it will completly fill up the hole in the fender. its going to be going from dragging to donk at the flip of a switch.

thanks man. im getting a rendering done for it. either from surface or eye kandy design. after my rendering im supposed to have fully sponsered 24's for it. ill have a set of 22's with the 255/35-22 tire and a set of 24's with a 275/25-24 tire. both the same wheels diablo delta force's in black.

Nice. Does the por-15 go on better rolling it or is that just faster?

hey bro just remember that you better do something about braking issuies as running big whels like that you are going to have to replace your set up and go with some larger brakes all around and then with the back you might want to look into a rear end that has disc,s bro. like the truck though it is going to look great and with the 24's you will be definitly one of a few that are running that size wheel. Before anyone says anytthing I am running 20's and that is alot of wheel to stop and 24's are even more. Just my 2 cents.

yeh please dont be like the donks that i see around here. ive looked at a few to see there setup and its the old big body cars that are running 24's or 26's and still running 4 wheel drum brakes. i mean how stupid can you be. you have to start stopping 1/2 mile before you stop light. lol

thats a very true statement about the brakes. but after ive talked to a ton of people around here i was told with the weight of the vehicle, as well as the rotational weight of the 22's and 24's that id be fine if i got a machine shop to cross drill the stock rotors and run a bad ass brake pad and have no rubber hose's, run all stanless steel braided lines to calliper and rear end. the rear ill run some good drum pads.

i know most will say thats wrong, or flame me for that, but my friends dime is rollin 22's with a 30 series tire since its bd'd and he has no booster, stock brakes just nice pads and his stops great.

plus i wanted to keep the stock 6 lug becuse no one keeps it, i just wanted to be different.

guess i will see how it stops when i get to drive it then see what i need to do.

well if you are wanting to keep the 6 lug then maybe you can look in to like a big brake kit for like an escalade or something and you may have to fab up some brackets for it.

oh and about the por 15, i rolled it becuse i didnt want to cover everything in the shop to spray it. and it was to cold to spray it outside. looks good, not super smooth, but good enough for not being a show frame.
