Project: Super Chicken Bucket (91 B2200FI)

I built the console out of fiberglass. I built the shape with styfofoam(sp?) blocks glued together. Sanded it until it was the way I liked and then put fiberglass over it. Then I peeled out the foam. My buddy machined the shifter trim ring from a 20 lb block of aluminum. Originally I painted it , but after several years, the paint was all scratched and f-ed up. It is in the uhpolstry shop getting a new leather covering right now.

This thing is gonna be bitchin. So you bought a new wheel? Wanna sell your old one from your first post? I've always liked that style.

I don't know what I'm gonna do with the old wheel yet. If I decide to sell it, I'll let you know tho'. Right now I'm still waiting for the new wheel to show up. Apparently it is a 6 to 8 week wait for a B.A.D. steering wheel.

Kewl. Just keep me in mind. Again, that is gonna be a pretty damn nice ride.

Today the junk yard had a 50% off sale. They had 3 B2200's in there and I got some moldings, those speakers grilles that always seem to be cracked and a mint glove box, all for only 9 bucks! Tomarrow I will go out and see the truck at Max's. I will post some new photos then.
