Thats the same kit i got from dev.....awsome stuff. I didnt use the 1/2 lower piece on the lower arm......now that its all down on the ground i kinda wish i did im losing about 1" of lift from mounting the top plate to high. When i air down the crossmember hits then the tires come up more. I think im gonna make a 1" spacer for the top or bottom...probally the bottom and just run a longer center bolt threw it. I wish you were closer i would give you the bags for mock up!!!

You don't need bags for mock up. I actually never use bags, I have a small jig that simulates a bag. This way the bag is properly compressed when the suspension is laid out, and you can weld the brackets in with it bolted in place. Doing it with the bag is too much guess work, like you saw and ended up with the mount 1" too high.

i just bought an 88 mazda stadard cab off craigs list...no moter seats or carpet...but other wise all there i picked it up for 100 buck plus the guy is gonna tow it here for me ...i'll post up pics when i get it here

I would have to agree, only this was my first time so it really helped having the bag to mock up for size and angle. I know they give the comp height but i didnt feel good about using that number without seeing it for myself.This site was the biggest tool i have used so far and have read allmost all the top projects (hours of reading) and it all helps. I am the kind of guy that if its not the way i wanted it or if its not right no matter how much it takes i will fix it....i dont like leaving it "not right" if you know what i mean

What you gonna do, make a BBQ out of it?
