Looks great, But I'm pretty sure my clumsy ass would put my elbow through one of the subs Are ya gonna try to put some sort of grill on them? I think eclipse put out some really nice ones that are only 2 bars, just enough to keep your elbows outta the subs and still look really clean.

Well like I said I would be doing a little more work on the console. Just doing a some small touch ups then I'll be hitting it with some high build primer. I also started to shave a couple of area's on my dash.

Now, how in the world did you manage to get the glass to stick to the pieces on your dash?! Lol!

When I tried it on mine, no matter what I did, it would'nt stick!

did you sand the dash first? and I like to use a paint brush to apply the resin

did you use enough hardener?

I sanded down the dash, and even went to a 36 grit at one point. The other times it was 40 grit.

I did use a paint bush. Then on flat parts used a roller...

I used enough hardener, because by the time I got to a couple oz's left in the mixing cup it was hard and pretty hot as well.

The first time I tried, the resin we had was no good. But even after, it still never worked. Most of the dash sticked pretty good. But areas like the top of the gauge cluster it never sticked at all. Especially corners... I came to the conclusion it had to have been something in the dash...

Yeah I was thinking of some nice chrome speaker covers but there hard to find for 8" subs.

Hate to say it but Audiobahn makes some nice chrome ones. Just that name makes me want to be sick.
