1dayiwill get this thang right

I got my thang runnin today. Over the winter I put the engine from the black truck in it, replaced head gasket, valve seals, water pump, timing belt, v belts, some hoses, Weber carb, and a header. I also put air shocks in the rear to compensate for towing my boat.

Ill be building an exhasut w/a cherry bomb glasspack soon since it just has the header alone now. I have to put in my tach, oil pressure, water temp, and volt gauges. I also need to get a hitch or a not funked up rear bumper for the boat.



Need some bigger wheels and smaller tires:










Plan on makin some new door panels and building a system sometime too. Ill add pics as I do stuff.

I just wired up a tach and am now trying to install a set of 3 sunpro gauges i got from vatozone. I cant figure out where to put the water temp thing or the oil pressure line. They are mechanical by the way. Im sure someone has these gauges in their truck since they are cheap and sold in pretty much every parts store ive been to.
Someone help me out please.

the guagees are a bitch man...oil goes where your stock sending unit was..as far as water myine is ghetto right now i had to put it in the top radiater hose to get th3e daymn thing to work i will be putting it in the radiater where the thermal switch goes i think its the right bottom of the radiator

where is the stock sending unit? is it passenger side behine alternator? what does the thing w/2 wires in it in the bottom of the rad doi?

ok yes oil is pass side behind the alt



and the two wire deal on the radiator is the thermal switch thats where imma put my temp guage sending unit..since ive owned my truck that thinf has never been hooked up

what does the thermal switch do and to get the stock oil thing out, just do ur best w/some pliers or what?

good luck and let us know how that turns out. i am building a custom gauge panel for my maz, and i think it'll be a bitch. ESPECIALLY since I am going with new engine (13b rotary) at the same time.

1day its a 10mm i think if i remember right just dont stip the new fitting it only has to be just over snug tight
