ok i just want to make sure i get this......so in a nutshell, to do the toyota swap you did in the front, the lower ball joint bolts in, weld in the holes in the uca and drill new ones for the upper ball joint to bolt into, the mazda brake lines bolt into the toyota caliper, and the steering bolts up too. am i missing anything important? at the local u-pull-it i can get the whole assembly (spindle, caliper, hub, rotor, the works) for $23.23

Ok k k. . . I got the frame horn welded up pretty good. . I jus have to brace em up now. . And I got the front crossmember cut off for the 1" Z. . . I'm gonna clean it up by cuttin the stabilizer bar mounts off and stuff. . But I am wondering. . Since its a 3.25" BD, How far into the crossmember is the radiator gonna go? ? I am not gonna be usin a stock radiator since I'm wantin to do the diesel swap. . But should I Jus ditch the stock crossmember and remake it? ? I dont know what to do. .

And another thing. . Is there anything else on an ext cab that sits lower than the main frame rail? ? I thot maybe it was my bags bottoming out and holdin it up but its not. . I disconnected the lower control arms and it didnt drop any lower. . And the driver side sits a lil higher than the passenger side. . Are there any crossmembers or somethin thats holdin it up? ? ? Thanks guys. .

And sorry, no pics. . . My camera broke. .

Damn. . . I didnt even see Mikey ask that. . . My bad guys. . And yes. . You have to "flip" the lower balljoint and physically flip it over also. . . . . And the upper ball joint is the toyota bj with new holes drilled. . . I'm not 100% sure on the brake lines. . And I havent gotten far enough along to have to deal with the tie rod ends. . But I'm guessing you can back them off far enough to pull the wheels back in. . Because puttin em in the spindles at stock Mazda alignment has the wheels toed out so far that it looks like they are turnin in different directions. . . I'm hopin the stock tie rods can adjust that far in. . If not, I'm gonna have to figure somethin out. . .
