tearin it apart... and buildin it back up

thanks guys. this is my 4th mazda and everyone of 'em has had the rear shocks rusted thru. probly gonna buy some new next week.

plannin on just a ball joint flip up front, 3" blocks in the back and new bed so i can still use it to haul stuff. gotta pick up a 6 speed here in a few weeks to put in my 96 caprice

You need to swap out the gun sight on the hood of your silver Caprice for the flat LTZ badge my friend!

im gonna probly fill that hole when its time to repaint this spring.

Should run a hose in your frame rails and wash the grime and dirt out.I was amazed how much crap builds up in there over the years.Looks alot better than my frame was.Nice start on the project.

Do you read super chevy? They have had a caprice project in there the last couple of issues. I think its called project whale tale.

id heard bout that article but i dont buy magazines often. they always do stuff like nitrous and exhuast on caprices sayin they're cheap hotrods. alot of guys on the Impala forums laugh at it cuz we can usually git better gains outta other parts and never use nitrous.

they put cheap add ons like headers, exhaust, tb spacer, volt adder to the ignition, cheap intake, underdrive pulley, new control arms, slicks and just affordable shit in the way of bolt ons and shaved off like 2-3 seconds on the q2uarter and a bunch of hp and torque gains

its fun to read, i think thats the best mag ever becvause of all the how to articles and stuff, they teach the readers a lot in every article

workin on it some more today. doin a static drop with bj flip, re index bars, and 3" blocks. gf is bring me my original AR 14s fro m my old 86 to throw on for temporary use. ill have some more pictures up today.
