UPDATE: Project: I think I'm Turning Japanese

Hello MazdaBScene world.

So have decided to place my project up here on the site for you guys to watch. So this is my first car. I bought it back 2001 when I was in high school. I have ever since had the mini truck bug in me. So I have already done one build to this truck. Then I got into a accident with it, and now I’m doing anther build on it. I have titled this new build as I think I’m turning Japanese.

Here are the major mods.
Right Hand drive
Turbo MX6 motor
Megasquirt ECM
Body Drop
New Bed Interior
New paint job
Roll Pan
Piller Fillers (grant kustoms)

Yes those dates are correct on the motor. It has been a when since I played with this truck. Just had gotten too busy in life, But I truly miss cruising in the Mazda.

Wow, man it sounds like you are going to explode back onto the project. Sometimes I will walk away from my trucks for weeks on end. I just don't want to get to the point of being burnt out on it.

So started doing a tear down today and doing some work.

Removed bed
Added new cross members in the back for new air tank and gas tank
Added brackets for compressor and battery
Removed from Clip
Interior removed.







And yes there are 2 mazdas being built from the frame up in our garage.

Hah, looks like my shop right now. Only one truck is getting lighter and the other heavier.

Nice. For some reasome my camera was over exposing. Mabey its catching all the welding smoke in the air.

is the mx6 a dirrect bolt in. will it work with the 2.2l trans in our trucks?

Truck looked sweet before it got hit, definitely lookin forward to seein some updates. Have you started on the right hand drive yet?
