cant you just move the holes in the upper or drill new ones instead of cutting the bracket? jsut a quick fix thought.

kinda what I got to thinking, I have dual port upper brackets, so I can cut the little bridge out. make new bolt holes and weld up the oblong universal bolt holes. grind the outer edge down a 1/4 and presto. I will just have to un-universal the left side bracket too.

okay time for some updates, don't want you guys thinking I'm just sitting around

first up the drivers side is bracketed up now, still needs some cleanup and finish cutting the top off the shock tower, but I ran out of cut off wheels.


next a final product of the passenger side, also note the lack of bolt holes and other little holes in the frame on both sides. Other than the big round ones towards the fire wall my shock mounts will make those disappear.


okay I have one pie-cut upper so far the other is waiting on a cutting device. I also kept the front bump stop brackets on the uca's with my upper bracket so close to level it works out for a good way to limit suspension.


both lower arms done other than some fine detail work before I shoot some kia silver on them.

something else to add. I'm picking up a yota bumper in a week also, for basically free, also got some trailer fenders coming for the front tubs.

very very nice. i wish i hadnt been on a time crunch when i bagged mine so i could have paid better attention to the details like you and jeff have. im jealous as hell.

Looks tight Sleepy! I love the LCA's I can't wait to see that Dawg buried even deeper in the snow..Lol. Seriously, you make me want to start over on my front end.-ED
