Truck is awsome would have liked to see more of the build on the engine swap as i have a RB25det and a 350 TPI and trying to decide which ones going in my dawg.
phatmike   +1y

thanks, havnt got and pics of the engine install as i bought the truck with the motor finished.
tough choice on the motor.im guessing a rb25 would be a more uncommon swap but you cant beat v8 grunt!

not alots been happening on the truck.my gf and i bought a house a few months back so been settling in there.got a new garage to work in too stripped the bed floor out, currently making a frame for the sheetmetal to sit on.

aftermath new zealand has now become a full chapter too

heres a couple pics, should get some more up soon

I have done a few v8 swaps but I have a RB25det sitting in my 95 r33 gts25t and i have a RB26dett coming to put in its place so I have the option of going either way I also have a 350 TPI sitting too. Can you take more pics of the engine and maybe inside the cab i would like to see where the shifter comes up through the tunnel.

got a bit more work done, made a frame around the origional crossmembers for the sheet to sit on.making the tubs a bit wider too.shaved the hooks and petrol flap.just need some more flap discs.

biggest problem was finding room for radiator and intercooler with the old rad support.if you gonna cut into your firewall youll be sweet.theirs a rb25 b2k around here with engine sat back a few inches.trying to find the pics

Ya I am going to go into the fire wall atleast 3 inches and I am using alot smaller brake booster plus I think I am going to stay stock on the turbo as I see you have upgraded by the looks of it. I like how it sits. My biggest thing is if I can get it low enough in the engine bay as my truck is body dropped.
