hey man still got plenty of things to do before i tackle the front end.yea the guy that was selling it is a mtnz member and i pm'd him but never heard back.that grill etc was a bounty which is slightly differnt.im not sure if you can use the standard irons.

heres where im at ,took the dash out,removed heater and all associated plumbing.what a mission.starting on the loom tomorrow.have brought a tilton pedal box which looks like fun to install

Sweet as, hey just an idea for you, when I had my R32 I was looking at getting a hibrid cooler made, split it down the middle, make it 2 1/4" thick and run the rad on one side and the cooler on the other.
If you get it made out of alloy it would just look like one big intercooler, run a gap in between them for heatsoak reasons and a deflector plate to push air towards to intercooler side a bit more.
Not too hard to do, would solve both problems and would probably cost less than $1200nzd

its a 96 - 98 ford courier uf facelift bumper.has been shaved.

have moved house since last update.got my own garage now which helps.got the motor running again.pretty rowdy with no exhaust .most of the wirings done so next step is to get pedal box mounted and brake/clutch lines installed.also get fuel cell installed etc.

Definately a nice buildup. Was supprised to see a straight 6 under the hood of a B. Can understand your issue with the intercooler - not much room left. Would definately love to get one of those front ends here in the states - very unique (for us anyway) Good luck on the build and congrats on the garage!
