okay one take the bag out and use a round bag plate mounted right to the lower arm and move up the upper bag bracket. If you are 3 inches from laying out then with spindles and what you need to do to the bag brakets you will lay out on the engine cross member. To lay out full frame you will have to modify the engine crossmember and raise it up about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch.

no its not laying out because the ball joints are binding and no i do not have drop spindles but i jacked the lower control arm wth the stock spindle up without it being on the upper control arm and it goes alot further up and then i looked at the ball joint and it is binding, the brackets cannot go up any further, im pretty sure i have it figured out im working on the back right now so i will have pics when im done with that and then if we sit it on the ground with the pie cut control arms then i know i will have to redo the front yet again but im pretty sure i will be good with pie cutting the control arms and cutting the inner fenders out

Noooooo don't sell it keep the bagged one. Just keep at it and ask a billion questions. The guys here will pretty much sit with you on the phone and talk you through it if need be.
Just a few things from my bag experience....
1. Check all BJ to make sure that they do not bind...may need or choose to flip them...be sure to use grade 8 hardware
2. Yes with a 205/40R16 tire on 16" tahoe wheels you can lay frame with drop spindles....WithOUT cutting the inner fender..It is friggin close but it will work. You will need to trim a bit for your airline possibly though.
3. Be sure to check your lower are as it is most likely hitting on the inner middle portion. Just a simple notch there and that helps as well.
4. Be sure your bag is compressed properly and completly before welding top plate. The bottom is almost always a locked position (unless you get into modifying you stock arm). Because of the arced motion the control arms make this makes it so that you should have an angled top plate to keep your bag straight and compressed to the max. I have read articles where they would take a block of wood the same thickness as your bag compressed...use that as a filler attached to your lower arm. Jack up the lower arm till you get the height where the tire bottom would be level with the frame. Then mock up your upper plate according to that.

I don't know if that helps any but it is my novel for the day.
