Mikey I got ???? for you. When you raised your fuel tank up, did you just put the front on the lip of the x-member and fab up rear support from the stock hanger? If so how much did that pick it up. I see you draggin in the pics, but I did that to mine and the tank still seems to high to drag my a$$ off. Any suggestion or tips would be much appreciated. -ED

yeah i just sat the front of the tank on top of the xmember and used long bolts to bring the rear of the tank up. my tank has very few scratches, mostly from my gravel driveway. you might be able to see teh long bolts at the back of teh tank here.

well i got some more cleaning and removing done. next on the list is those damn brake lines.

Lookin good Mikey , get that bitch back on the road. Also I ended up running all-thread for my tank on the back. I can have plenty of adjust ability to get the desired height with that I hope. Thanks for the pic. -ED

OMG and update!...well kinda. got the valve cover from todd. got it and my air cleaner top painted and sanded. got some more little stuff then ill be happy with them. let me know whatcha think.

upitty update. im getting the engine back together. a few more hoses and some wires and ill try to turn this bitch over. then once its running i can clean up the wiring, start on the fender wells and the brake lines. well heres the pics.

and also heres the bracket i made to get rid of that heavy ass bracket for the fan. i dont need it since im running electric fans.
