Thanks for the kind words fellas. There's only a select few shows I go to a year and its the first time I went to that one. I enjoyed it soo much I plan to hit more shows alil farther away than my comfort zone and really enjoy the sport.

A small update, I installed a power antenna today in the factory location on the fender. I think its cool that its low with a decent size set of wheels yet I still can enjoy the stock comforts of things like an antenna

Shot of said antenna? This is on my list for the Howler. I shaved the antenna on both my trucks and am running with one under the dash in the Howler. What brand did you use?

it was one i aquired from work. its a metra antenna thats sold at Autozone. i also sold this same antenna when i worked at the stereo shop. it was easy to install and i like it heaps more than the regular antenna i had.
heres a link to it

Cool man, I have been thinking of doing that for a long time.

Yeah it was pretty easy. The routing and wiring went smoothly. Just had to remove the glovebox and radio. To me the hardest hurdle of the whole thing is coming up with the loot to get it haha. $60 is a lot for an antenna, especially if you already have one and it works. I hate replacing working things. If its broke ill replace and upgrade when I can.

Me too man lol. Money's the toughest part.

hey I see your looking for the ford to weld into the back of your tailgate i might be able to help i have a few older ford trucks up here that have the ford in the tail gate. I will try and go looking later in the week as soon as this heat wave takes a leep and cools down

Thanks dude that would be great! Just whenever you get a chance I'm in no big hurry. Just shoot some pics that would be awsome

Thanks Mikey. I am all over that. The only hitch I see is I have to drill a hole in the fender. Did you use the stock hole? Both my trucks are shaved and I really want my antenna back in the stock location.
