Finding a T5 is hard around here and not very cheap lol

Glad to hear someone else is doing the 302 swap. Im staring on mine this week. I found a t-5 for $200. Everyone else wants anywhere from $500-$900 around here also for one? Are you going to use the painless wiring kit?

Its a really easy thing to wire...

(I have done 3 V8 Swaps in S10's and Blazers) also one in a Ranger.

Just a lil update guys..
I went and picked up my 302! well a longblock and a bare block...
I just got a call from my upholster he said my seats are done!!! WOOT WOOT! (too bad i can't get them until next week,damn payday not being weekly!!!)
I should start ordering parts soon for the 302...I need to make it look pretty!!
Should i paint the block black? or paint it the same purple/maroon as the truck!?
