project thread FTW

looks like a project fo sho

surprisingly it only took me about 45 minutes to get all it apart and the head off, the worst part was figuring out the metal water pipe on the back had two bolts holding it on LMAO i was like how do i get this crap off.. i didnt notice the second bolt LOL but ye.. the head is getting completely rebuilt.. so its gunna be sittin like that for a while until i get the money for that and the full gasket set




TURNS out the gasket wasnt blown, the guy my buddy paid to do a gasket job in the first place didnt torque the drivers side down at all.. i took all the driver side head bolts out by finger.. literally... even tho that gasket is still new i dont wanna risk it and put it back on and kick my self for it later...

truck is now my dads.. he wanted it so bad and promised it wouldnt sit and he would have it fixed and yada yada yada.. he wants to put rims and all that crap so i said fine its yours..


SO IF ANYONE IN TACOMA WA AREA HAS A CHEAP MAZDA PROJECT FOR SELL, LIKE A TRUCK WITH NO MOTOR AND WHAT NOT, LET ME KNOW!!!!!! not tryin to spend a fortune

ye, i been on cl every singel day, theres a 76 b1600 on there that i want... and a few b22 and b20 but people are askin way too much for broken trucks.. lol so im waiting for the right truck for the right price
