just a quick update:

touched up the paint on the outside back wall of the cab, and trailer fenders
painted rear section of frame, rear diff, leafs, gas tank, driveline
added semi trailer style reflector strips to the rear
removed emergency spare, spare mount, and chain
added relays to power my fogs/cab lights
painted a blue evil M on my hood
disappearing turn signals in the ranger headlights
Repiped my crappy waaaaay too small exhaust with 2 1/4

i had to sit and contemplate it real hard today. and i wanted it done before summer slam, so i just took my time, didnt actually measure where i cut the hole, i eyeballed the placement of the outside trim ring by lining it up with the center cab light, couple screw holes in the trim ring to use as guide spots. and i made 3 passes cutting the big hole, then slowly sizing it out, reusing the trim ring as a template each time the hole was sized each for each lip to pass till it was flush. took 3 times cutting, main hole, size out, size out, flush. all in all took about 2 hours total to do with a buddys help. i'll get pics of the inside when i get my camera back, cause i did a pretty damn good job tying my headliner into the new sunroof. looks pretty damn close to factory quality.
